The competition is jointly organized by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China and Wanda Group. It covers six cities including Fangchenggang, Chongzuo, Baishan, Hechi, Laibin and Nanning. There are 6 men's race segments (with a total competition distance of 1,017.1 kilometers) and 1 women's race segment (the Nanning city segment). The race route is centered on karst landforms and passes through iconic landscapes such as the Beibu Gulf coast, Daitian International Waterfall, Bama Longevity Town and Nanning Qingxiu Mountain. Among them, the Longla scenic area serves as the finish line of the "Queen Segment" (with a slope as high as 14.8%), and has been the decisive location for the championship for five consecutive years; the Nanning Qingxiu Mountain loop race segment requires conquering 1.4 kilometers of steep slopes (with an average slope of 11.7%) five times, testing the endurance of the racers to the limit.

The champion of this competition was Paul Dabo from the Jeko-Erola team. In the crucial "Queen Stage", he managed to outmaneuver his opponents with two attacks and ultimately won the race with a significant advantage. His overall score rose to the top. Paul Manier from the Quickstep team performed astonishingly well in this event. At the age of 21, he set a record for the number of victories in a single cycling event in Guangxi (5 stage victories) and won the points leader (blue jersey), the best young rider (white jersey), and the overall championship (red jersey), demonstrating extraordinary explosive power and control ability.

Chinese rider Su Haoyu broke away for 160 kilometers in the fifth stage and ultimately won the Challenge Award, marking a remarkable moment for the Chinese team in this event.
